- There is any physical damage to the product to return a product, please raise a return request via email at order@indianvanilla.net by providing the following details:
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition, include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. IVE shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
